Lauren Tatner has long believed that every person is born with a natural ability to feel good. She derives joy from helping others to connect to this power and sense of well-being within them. Lauren holds several credentials, including a bilingual (English/French) law degree from Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Law and certification as a Reiki teacher, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, and CanFitPro Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist. In addition, she has trained in Theatre, Dance, Zumba Voice, Public Speaking, Improv Comedy Clowning, Specialized Hypnosis (from renowned American Psychiatrist Dr. Brian Weiss), Shamanism, and Qigong.
