“When I say my faith was greater than my fear, I was able to leave and start my own business. Nothing is a life sentence. And I think that that really was a great lesson at their age, because one of them was in college, the other one was just graduating. So it gave them time to actually see their mother taking some courageous action. And I think that it’s instilled in them the ability to do the same for themselves.”
Aneta Kuzma is the CEO of the Ardellian Kuzma Group, an author, health, and life coach, executive coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and breathwork facilitator. After 25 years in the corporate world, Aneta overcame burnout and created a business she loves.
Aneta Kuzma was the daughter of immigrants, working hard in a corporate job to live a successful life by external definitions. But she was burned out, exhausted, and unhappy. To make a change, she hired a coach, and after a 6-month program, she learned to dream again, discovered what success meant to her, and left her job to start her own business. Taking courageous action, she showed her daughters that nothing was a life sentence and that she could make changes late in life. In year four of her business, she continues to inspire and share stories of everyday people who have taken a chance on life.
